DELIVERY
At Little Black Dress we are proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Simply choose your new dress or dresses, decide where you would like them sent and we’ll take care of the rest – ensuring your items are beautifully packaged, of course. If you order before midday during the week, we even promise to post your dresses the same day!
We are happy to deliver to virtually any address in the world and we always use a recorded delivery service, so you can be sure your dresses will arrive as quickly as possible – and in perfect condition.
As a guide, UK orders are usually delivered in 1-3 working days, while International orders are usually delivered in 1-3 weeks.
Please note that we can only deliver to confirmed addresses linked to the Paypal account used to make your payment. This is to guard against fraudulent purchases.

UK and Northern Ireland £4.95 per item
Rest of World £12.95 per item
Customs Charges
Customs forms for all international packages will list the value of their contents as well as a description of the items inside. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
RETURNS
You can return any unsuitable dress or dresses (except Made to Order dresses, see below) for a refund or exchange – all we ask is that you return them to us within 7 days of receipt and drop us a line to let us know that a return is on its way.
Please send returns emails to info@theLBD.co.uk quoting ‘RETURN’ in the subject line of the email and giving your name, Paypal order number and the reason for your return in the body of the message.
We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it and apply any refunds to your account as soon as possible - but please allow up to 28 days for refunds to reach your account.

Please note that postage and packing prices are non-refundable, and that you are responsible for the cost of returning unsuitable dresses (except where the return is the result of a faulty item or an error on our part). We advise you to return unwanted items by an insured, recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.
All dresses should be returned in their original packaging, unmarked and in the same condition in which they were delivered. Please remember that if any tags are removed from the dress after you receive it, we won’t be able to refund or exchange your purchase.
Made to Order Dresses
PLEASE NOTE that all Made to Order dresses are created especially for you when you place your order – and we therefore cannot accept returns on Made to Order products unless explicitly stated on the Dress Description page.

theLBD.co.uk reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without notice. All items are subject to availability. A refund will be given where you have already paid for an item.
Colour accuracy on the website cannot be guaranteed, and will vary depending on the resolution and screen type of your computer.
